Demelida Villa in Tsada, Paphos

Large house, 2 separate bathrooms with shower and extra bathroom with toilet. Private garden with BBQ. Very quiet during the night. Everything is properly cleaned. Beds are comfortable, although a bit narrow for 2 persons. Kitchen very well equipped. No airconditioning, but if you use the shutters and blinds and open everything in the evening, it’s surprisingly cool. Maybe because Tsada is at around 600 meters above sea level. So it’s cooling down faster. There were no mosquitos so we could stay outside until end of the evening.

A great place to stay, very good host who were helpful, friendly, kind and accommodating. A great location for visiting key sites in Cyprus.

“We had an amazing 3-week stay at this villa in Tsada. The house was spotless, really comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was peaceful with beautiful surroundings, but you’ll need a car to get around. A lovely welcome with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit waiting for us — such a nice touch! Il ne manque que la climatisation mais chaque chambre a son ventilateur.
