Lovely New Attic, Piazza del Popolo!

The apartment was centrally located, charming and very comfortable. The bed was good and the view from the balcony terrific. Despite being winter it was never cold. Afifa was very helpful and a minor problem was resolved promptly. The washing machine worked well. I would definitely stay here again.

Some minor maintenance issues - e.g. water doesn’t drain well from the shower and one bedside light had no electrical cord and didn’t seem to be battery-operated - but nothing major.

The location is superb, as well as the interior if you are into vintage charm. I loved everything about this accommodation, I am an architect and I am really drawn to places with old charm. The views from the living room balcony and the bedroom windows are truly stunning!! The elevators was super useful as well because it is on the 6th floor.

The shower head could use some fixing it was leaking from the rod. Also the place could use a bit more hooks in the bathroom.

ausgezeichnete Lage - sehr zentral und trotzdem relativ ruhig (Ausnahme am Wochenende in den Abendstunden) öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe

Die Bezeichnung "NEW" Attic ist irreführend; es ist eine Altbauwohnung in mäßigem Renovierungszustand. In der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes waren in der Küche die Spülmaschine außer Betrieb, der Wasserhahn undicht; im Bad der Toilettendeckel abgebrochen, der Duschkopf teilweise verstopft und der Duschtassenablauf ebenso; die Stühle der Essecke völlig "durchgesessen", die Couch im Wohnzimmer übelst riechend. Im Treppenhaus liegen Müllsäcke der Hausbewohner. Zum Umfeld ist noch zu sagen, dass die Via Antonio Brunetti nachts keine funktionierende Straßenbeleuchtung hatte und am Wochenende der Balkon in den Abendstunden von der gegenüber liegenden Rooftop-Bar so laut mit Musik beschallt wurde, dass eine Unterhaltung kaum möglich war.
