About this apartment rental

Well maintained, immaculately clean, and fully renovated, this quiet Uptown Kingston apartment has two large queen bedrooms plus a separate office, a bright and spacious living room and an eat-in kitchen. For summer evenings there is a private fenced backyard with gas grill and firepit, as well as a covered front porch for people watching! The apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished, and each room comes with it's own split heating/cooling unit.

Location couldn't be better - a quiet tree lined street yet right in the heart of the Stockade District - just two walkable blocks from Trailways bus station and all the eateries and boutiques of Uptown Kingston.

Maximum 6 people, 2 queen size beds and one queen size air-matress, and sorry - no pets. Discounted rates for weekly and monthly rental.

Andrea was overly hospitable. We arrived to find extra treats in the refrigerator......a handy Keurig machine, fully stocked and a comfortable and well appointed place to stay. The proximity to all that "UPTOWN" has to offer was our main delight. Never moved the car until we were ready to leave. A

Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Location is excellent for restaurants shops and the historical district of Kingston. Andrea made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for the yummy baked goods!
