The apartment was fantastic! In an amazing spot with sensational views. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. It has lots of natural light and a great balcony to sit on and enjoy the sun and the views. It was very easy to pick up and drop of the key and the staff were very helpful if we had any questions. There is parking at the rear for 2 cars which is handy. We would stay here again.

It would have been nice to have a coffee machine or even a sachets of coffee. Athough there are lots of great coffee shops on the Main Street.

The location is perfect! Incredible views of the beach and walking distance to everything. The apartment was spacious.

My criticisms echo everyone else's in the hope that things will change. For the price (over $650per night) I would have expected travel sized shower gels, washing powder and even possibly tea/coffee. The kitchen crockery needs updating - no potato peeler or oven mitts. A/C units worked intermittently. Very loud condenser units located out the front (but not assoc with our unit) next to the main bedroom were very loud and woke us before 6am. TV reception was poor.

Although we appreciated the view and location the rest of the apartment was tired, including the linen and towels, mismatched and incomplete crockery, carpet and furniture. Compared to other properties we stayed in on the Great Ocean Rd and even Melbourne CBD we felt it too expensive for what it was, especially during winter season. We also had to buy washing liquid, cooking oil, salt, tea, milk, soap and shampoo etc - ok for a family road trip but not if you’re from interstate and flying home. Small provisions like these would be greatly appreciated.
