Great Stay! Thank you.

Apartment was clean and tidy. All appliances were in working order and encountered no issues whatsoever. The air conditioning was brilliant which was a big thing as the weather was really hot and the bed was comfortable. We were met by Elena who was very helpful and told us all we needed to know and even sent us a message full of things to do and visit during our stay. The location was a 10 minute walk to the marina and all the nightlife. Parking was available and a key fob was provided by Elena to control the gate.

The property itself was absolutely fine and had no issues. The location was good as mentioned above but there was a hill to climb on the way back but ive walked worse.

Superb

A very cozy and quiet apartment within a 20-minute walk from Benalmadena Marina and the beach. Nice and spacious balcony - perfect for that breakfast in the sun or a late-night glass of wine to cool down from the burning sun. Part of the balcony is closed, with can theoretically be used as a second bedroom (foldable couch available). The host Manuel is a nice guy who genuinely cares about making your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Was a pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reasonably priced apartment within walking distance of pretty much everything.

Very good

On arrival, I was met right away with the keys and shown around the apartment which was spotlessly clean, It was was quiet and peaceful with a very comfortable bed making for a good night's sleep. The lounge and balcony were also well furnished. There was a good supply of fresh towels and an effective bathroom shower. Excellent wi-fi and a smart TV. It was my home for three weeks and I was quite happy there.

A couple more kitchen items would have been good such as mugs and baking trays, nothing special just basic items nothing special. Apart from this everything was fine.

Manuel and Elena were the best! We would gladly return to this lovely place.

Three things that were important to us were parking, good Wi-Fi, and an elevator. They had all three. Customer service was excellent. Manuel and his sister Elena were wonderful to work with. We would return gladly. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi when we first arrived, and within 30 minutes Manuel was there and had the problem solved. He is super responsive.

Perfect location and view for the sea and sunrise! Very comfortable beds :) Everything was clean and tidy! Very good contact with The landlord- we recommend it for sure! We would like to come back here again.
