Excellent value for money. Comfortable and well equiped. Quite location. Easy walk to lake, beaches and coffee shop. Private outdoor area.

No garage remote with property key. Difficulty gaining initial access. Showers leaked onto bathroom floors. No free to air reception on downstairs TV.

Well appointed home offering plenty of space for relaxing. Surround sound system, Apple TV & Sonos speaker cover your entertainment needs while there is also plenty of books, movies and games to choose from. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of crockery & cutlery and pantry items. Comfortable beds with fresh linens. Plenty of options for beautiful beaches and bays in surrounding areas.

Check in time was 4pm with no option to access any earlier on the day. The biggest disappointment on arrival was fairly obvious from entering the property. The lack of attention to the cleanliness of this property is a real shame. The things we encountered on day 1 include; Mould & grime in the shower recesses Hair and dust on the floor and behind the doors. Dirty towel hanging in the wardrobe Dirty plates & bowls in the pantry Food spillage on wall in kitchen Dirty garbage bin Food and sand on loungeroom floor Smeared hand prints on coffee table and bottom half of back sliding door Dirty BBQ and burnt excess in bottom tray - we couldn't use Other things we had issues with are, Broken broom head– unusable, No troubleshooting information for coffee machine – needed descaling and steam wand had no pressure, No dishcloth provided and only 1x tea towel. It would be good to have had a stick vacuum for quick cleans. Probably doesn't need 5 colanders in the kitchen.

Beautifully presented property, great amount of space and had a lot of facilities available to use in the kitchen, pantry, technology and games! Was very homely, clean and comfortable! Our dog also loved Su baking in the yard. Thank you, will be back again for sure!

Located at the back of town opposite bush downside, but it was super quiet and still only a short walk down the street to lake, and short walk to beach and a cute little corner store!!
