Just perfect

Great location, peace & quiet, perfect for relaxing from everything. House is lovely, has everything needed, lots of outside furniture to relax and read a book, as well as many details and decorations handmade with lots of thought. Host was very friendly and nice. We plan to go back for sure, to enjoj this beautiful surrounding again.

94th step

Nothing in life is perfect, but during the 93 steps from the house down to the sea you will start thinking about perfection, because this is dangerously close. The small house is just what we were looking for. Amazing view, private beach and peace. Only neighbour is a cat called Plenki which comes around some days. If you stay at House on punta I suggest you harbor every hour you are there, because you will miss it. Zeljka is very accomodating and a lovely host. She takes care of any mishap and even brings cookies. House is quite new and has all you need, even the home made olive oil. Outside grill is very handy. This accomodation has an outstanding price/performance. I could go on and on but it’s better if you book and sea for yourself what is the 94th step!

This is the best vacation in our life!

Good afternoon. I hasten to express my impressions after staying at the villa! In short - the villa is simply amazing, I definitely recommend it. Now for the details. Own convenient access to the cleanest sea, not a soul around, no neighbors. What you need for lovers to be alone or together. There is an opportunity to sail on a boat, stored on the territory of the villa, exploring the surroundings from the sea. The territory of the villa is huge, in the photo it seems that there are several meters before the descent to the water, in fact there are several tens of meters - super, a lot of free space, beautiful architecture of stairs, steps, beautiful olive gardens. The villa itself and the grounds are a work of art, very beautiful. The house itself is very cozy, fresh renovation, stylish and tasteful. There are many places on the territory where you can lie down in the fresh air with a book or hide under an umbrella with a glass of juice. Equipment - hot water, electricity, kettle, gas stove, refrigerator, Wi-Fi - everything is available, very comfortable. The villa is located far from the town of Vela Luka, the distance is about 6 kilometers. We managed to walk, and also hitchhiking always helps, there were no problems with access to the city. We thank Zelka for a unique opportunity to relax! Thank you so much for your amazing villa, for the impeccable organization of the holiday, for the amazing house and for the warm, friendly welcome. This is the best vacation in our life! We hope to definitely visit Cucкa na Punti again. Best regards, Natalia and Maxim.

Very special place, pure nature in picture and sounds :)

This was my second visit here, property is now upgraded with a spacious terrace and some additional outdoor furniture, as well as some sports equipment. I've really found "my place" here.

The distance to grocery shop was a bit of a challenge for me, since I came without a car. Island taxi service is small and quite busy, also not cheap, but local habitants are all very friendly and kind, if a car is passing by a walker, often a ride is offered.

We enjoyed the time and swimming! Zeljka welcomed us with a wine and selfmade biscuit. So nice!

It is a very calm and private place with a direct access to the sea and swimming. There is a barbecue place and you have great views over the sea.

Absolutely unique experience, very private, great host!

A very special, truly unique place that will stay in our memories forever. Very private, great for couples, with incredible views and surroundings. Extremely helpful and friendly host who met us at the ferry and was super nice. Will totally go here for a week or two for our next vacation in Croatia.

The photos do not show even 30% of the greatness of this place. Wi-fi was slow and unstable, the place is quite small, but enough for two, you need a car/scooter to get to the town. But all that is irrelevant, this is the most fantastic place I've ever been to. Great experience! Totally recommend. Only wish we stayed longer!

Amazing place! Me and my partner absolutely loved this cosy house which is designed with love and care. The host is great and is very helpful! Property is located in the quite area and has a private beach just one minute away from the house! Everything was even better than we expected. We can fully recommend this property!

Romantic house in a secluded island area with a private beach and crystal blue sea.

Best of all 4 us was total privacy and peace in a beautiful surroundings. All expectations exceeded 😎, Željka is very supportive, charming and extra friendly host.

Quite steep way to the beach, but once there, one is rewarded with a crystal blue sea and again, total privacy 👍.

Pure magië!

Het gevoel van totale isolatie, alleen zee, natuur en ontzettend mooi ingericht huis en terras... Het huis had alles wat men nodig heeft, aan elk detail heeft Zeljka gedacht. De ligstoelen liggen overal- op het terras, bij het strand. In de koelkast wachtte op ons koude watermeloen, water, een paar biertjes, ijs in de vriezer... Kleine spullen tegen wespen, muggen, alles stond klaar. Zeljka bood vaker aan om ons naar Vela Luka te brengen voor boodschappen of een drankje. Ze is een ontzettend vriendschappelijk gastvrouw, makkelijk in omgang, met een breed glimlach en oprecht interesse in andere mensen. Het huis is milieubewust gebouwd, met buiten een solar douche, watertank voor regenwater met een filter, verder is er ook een noodstroom aggregaat. Er zijn ongeveer 50 trappen tot het strand, die makkelijk door te lopen zijn. Op het strand is op elk moment van de dag een schaduwplekje te vinden, er zitten stoelen, tafels, alles van steen of hout, prachtig... Zee is erg schoon. De complete belevenis op deze accomodatie is net een droom, een echte aanrader voor iederen die de drukte van dagelijks leven wil vergeten en alleen maar van het leven genieten.

Ještě nikdy jsem nebyla tak mile překvapená, jako u tohoto ubytování.

Místo, klid a čistota. :-) Na fotkách nevynikne ta láska, která je do tohoto místa vložena. Poprvé jsem se na cestách cítila jako doma a určitě se sem moc rádi vrátíme. Děkujeme té nejmilejší a nejšikovnější paní hostitelce a těším se na další setkání. :-)
