-le confort de la maison (literie, climatisation, ...) et sa propreté
- la grande piscine uniquement partagée avec l'appartement d'à côté
-la gentillesse de l'hôte et sa capacité à répondre très rapidement à toutes nos demandes
-la machine à laver (très pratique avec des enfants et pas si fréquente dans les locations...)
- la localisation : petites plages, port et restaurant accessibles à pied et différents points d'intérêt de l'ile facilement accessibles en voiture.
La cuisine manque un peu d'équipement (couverts, plats à four, ...) mais c'est un détail par rapport aux point positifs.
