Perfect location across the street from the colosseum. Small comfortable studio. Check in with the host and key in lock box. Kitchen well equipped. Mattress comfortable. Located in an old style building. Air con. TV with various movie and news channels. No street noise.
Pillows too soft; one ergonomically shaped pillow is needed. Either guests or residents seemingly tap dancing above us each evening; noticeable but not loud. Rainhead in shower has come apart and when switched from the handheld shower head, the water just spills out and doesn't go through the rainhead. Keep in mind you will stay in a windowless viewless basement although the host has made it as pleasant as possible. Value for money in my expert opinion, all things considered, is somewhat low.

Very pleasant, discrete and helpful owner. Very close to colosseum and bus terminal, important for us because we came by bus for a concert in colloseum. Silent nights, good sleep.

Everything else. Apt is charming, host is apsolutely cool, location is the best... Overall, I would definitelly go there again... no doubt.
There is no colloseum view. It's like 15 feet to Colloseum, but there is no view from the apt.
