Getting Around:
The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis. 18 minutes drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport. A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle.
Other Things to Note:
No smoking, parties, pets
Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee)
$500 penalty for removing smoke detectors
$200 penalty for lost key fobs
No outside guests without permission
One towel per guest per stay
Valid photo ID required to complete the booking
ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

The location was great and the beds were comfortable. A downside was that the rooms had glass panels with no shades that looked out onto the kitchen/living room and the living room shades did not close all of the way so light came in. The bathrooms were somewhat outdated.

Overall this property is just okay. The negatives for us were the A/C and the cleanliness. The A/C does not function properly and the owner has a note saying you can't lower the temp below 72 or the unit will "malfunction". Not sure what that means, either it's a really old AC unit or something is wrong with it and as a result, it doesn't function properly. Either way it was so warm in the unit while we were sleeping that I went and bought two fans the next day to put in the bedrooms, which didn't help much at all unfortunately. We were there for 3 nights and we didn't get much sleep at all because of how warm it was in the rooms. I couldn't imagine staying here in the summer! We were here during early April. Also the carpets looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in awhile; I immediately noticed the dirt/debris all over the carpets as soon as we arrived. I have a one year old who loves to scour the floors and I was really grossed out by her on these carpets. They definitely could stand to be replaced or at minimum given a thorough vacuum! The positives of this unit: the price (can't beat it for a family of 5), the location and the communication from the owner/property manager was great. However, the A/C unit and the cleanliness are a big NO from us and we wouldn't stay here again. Definitely don't stay here during the summer, you'll be miserable especially if you are used to sleeping in a cooler environment.
