property was good and in good condition, parking on street was limited at best and not having a way to load up without using so many stairs was inconvenient

Lots of room in this house!! Proximity to downtown is great. Neighborhood looks to be a bit run down that is trying to come back to life. House was clean, however a few concerns due to us having small children. Some of the posts on stairway and upstairs railing were loose, wasnt discovered until last night there. Thankfully no one was hurt, but needs attention for future guests. Living room fan was missing pull chain so we were unable to use. Also battery in front door for lock went out and we were locked out of property for about 1/2 hr. Manager offered to fix most of these during stay.

Gregory was awesome about communicating with us entire duration. House was very large which allowed our family from all over to stay together. Neighborhood was a bit run down but we had no issues while there.
