Saltbox layout with open living area on 2nd Fl with 12 ft wraparound deck that includes Weber Grill and 2 seating areas. New kitchen renovated in 2020 with a large dining room table that seats 10. First floor contains 3 bedrooms (1bdr-king & twin, 2bdr-queen & twin, 3bdr-queen & twin), all with ceiling fans and a newly renovated main bathroom. Bsmt includes washer/dryer and recreation area. Amenities include: central A/C, 7 person Marquis hot tub, 3 block walk to deeded beach with a parking pass.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Montauk. The house is extremely well located, only minutes walk to the beach and 15 or so to the town center. Paul's communcation was excellent, and everything was as per the property description. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying there.

We had a great time at the house. Paul was very helpful before and during our stay and answered any questions/requests very promptly. The house is just a short walk away from a beautiful beach, and had everything a family needs for a stay.

The house was clean maintained well and such an ideal location. Walkable to the beach and town. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.
