About this house rental
The spacious holiday home “Jordi” is situated in Can Picafort, in the north of mallorca, and is only a short walk from the beach. The 190 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms (2 of them en-suite) and can therefore accommodate groups of up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, cable television and a baby cot. The extensive private outdoor area boasts open and covered terraces, where you can spend the evenings with delicious barbecued meals, as well as a pool with 6 sun loungers. Shops, supermarkets restaurants, bars and cafés call all be found within 600 m (an 8-minute walk) from the holiday home, in the centre of Can Picafort, while the closest beach, Playa de Muro, is 1 km or a 12-minute walk away. Alcudia is located a 15-minute drive (10 km) from Can Picafort, and Mallorca’s vibrant and beautiful capital Palma is located a 45-minute drive (56 km) away; Palma Airport can be reached after a 50-minute drive (64 km).
Street parking is available. The property also has a garage for 2 cars.

Pros: Excellent pool and lots of space, bonus of a washing machine to get all your washing done before going home. Close to shops and the beach. Plenty of products to use (washing powder and softener etc) Sicilia is an excellent host and on hand to help if you need anything at all. Fast easy check in.
Cons: Villa has internal windows most of which don’t lock. The external added blinds close well enough but still aren’t fully secure, there is no big proper oven to cook pizzas etc. it just has one of those plug in ovens that isn’t very big and takes a while to cook food, with only 1 oven tray. Door hangs right down when you open it which can be a little dangerous. Extremely uncomfortable sofa, more seating would be beneficial in the living area to accommodate for larger parties of guests. Uncomfortable pillows on all beds. We did find a couple of extra feathered pillows in the drawers of the bedrooms. Next door neighbours dogs barking at a late hour and through the day at you as they can see into the pool area from the house. Can’t be helped but can be a little annoying after a while.

Nice and quite neigbourhoud. Owner is a great help and the house is very nice and clean! Just a 10 min walk to beach, shops and restaurant. We had an amazing stay. Pool was also wonderful. Would definately recommed it.
