Ferienwohnungen Wolke

Obwohl ich spätabends bzw. nachts erst ankam, wurde ich persönlich und sehr herzlich empfangen. Die kleine süße Wohnung war super sauber, hatte eine perfekte Küchenausstattung, das Bett war gemütlich und ich habe es sehr genossen, in der Morgensonne auf dem Balkon zu sitzen (ich war in Wolke 7). Auch das Bad ist geräumig und hat eine moderne, große Dusche. Danke, die Wohnung hat meinen Urlaub in Regensburg echt perfekt gemacht, da auch die Lage optimal ist.

Ich wurde vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen. Mir wurde das Appartement, die nähere Umgebung und wo man gut Essen gehen kann gezeigt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist alles da was man so braucht. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen zentral in der Nähe des Doms und vielen weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gleich um die Ecke fahren diverse Busse mit denen man die ganze Stadt erkunden kann. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Ich glaube, selbst der leidenschaftlichste Meckerer muss hier lange suchen um was negatives zu finden. Ich wurde nicht fündig :)

Location is amazing, close to everything and with a supermarket in the same building

The only thing I found tricky sometimes were the very steep, long steps up to the sleeping area - I wouldn’t recommend this to elderly folk

The Location is excellent, grocery around the corner of the same building, many restaurants, sites are right outside the door! The unit itself is well equipped, bathroom was nice. Very small weirdly short couch in the living area is not very comfortable but the desk is nice to have. I had no issue with the loft style and the steep ladder, bed was rock hard per all beds in Europe thus far on this trip. Rock hard bed and mushy pillows....

This has never happened to me, in all my years of travel, air bnb, guest houses, apts, hotels, etc. but I didn't have a good interaction with the host at all, I was messaged the morning of check-in around 11am to inquire when I would be arriving and as I was at the bus station in Pilzen, Czech Republic, I didn't see it right away. When I did respond back around 12:30pm with 2:30pm as my arrival time (CHECK IN is clearly stated as between 2pm and 8pm) I didn't believe this would be an issue as all the other apts I have rented/stayed at offered key box entry and I would receive a code and check in instructions. I was then notified by the host that she would not be meeting me until 5:00pm for check in, due to my lack of reaching out to her to notify her of my arrival time. ALL my other hosts reached out the day before my arrival to ask my arrival time, I AM PAYING for this accommodation she is providing the service, therefore its her job to coordinate this meeting, not mine as the paying customer. She was then very rude to me stating well this isn't a hotel, so apparently that means you are at her discretion as the paying customer to when you will be able to access the accommodations. I was very disappointed and it was a major holiday in Germany and many places were closed upon my arrival. I finally found a Thai restaurant and had to sit there and wait with my luggage for 2.5 hours to then be talked down to by the host and told how tired I looked. Also there is a language barrier as she doesn't speak very much English and I don't speak German, but really I was shown very little that could have been explained via a message, and being able to check in via keybox would have been better.
