We had such a wonderful stay in the Trulli house - with such wonderful hosts. The house is perfectly located, very clean and beautifully decorated. we had a hire car and found it very easy to get around and see all the places we planned -alberobello, locorotondo, ostuni, monopoli and Polignano a mare were all an easy drive from the house. Locorotondo is a 10 minute drive and we went there a few evenings for dinner and did a wine tasting in the local vineyard. It was a beautiful peaceful stay in gorgeous surroundings.
