Beautiful spot on the beach, food and shopping close byBed was comfortable, view spectacular Swimming Pool and hot tub a big plus Dog park perfect plus another big dog park nearby Bicycle trails nearby

Although the unit could use some updating, you can’t beat this location!!! We would definitely stay here again and again!. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed a few more nights! The beach out front is absolutely beautiful! Everything you need is close by. Thanks for a great stay!

This property is very pet friendly. The beach view and access is really awesome. We sat on the balcony and watched the sunset every night.

Perfect location, right accross the road from our fave oyster bar / hang-out spot, No long boardwalk, just step right out to sand, steps from water! Dog friendly, pool. and layout with a full-size bed in small room on front worked well with our adult daughter with us. Beds comfy, AC & hot water good. The view is gorgeous as shown; we loved the balcony. The negatives…the whole condo was nasty. We knew it was old and outdated but should have been CLEANED! The floors were dirty and sticky, gross hair in the tub, sink, floor and stuck to the urine stains on the base of toliet. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower, a dirty towel on the back of the door and the towels and washcloths worn out and seemed used. We texted cleaning who never replied and the host who did not reply after repeated pics of filth and messages. Finally when I demanded a refund for cleaning , he replied , “okay.” No apology or offer to get cleaning done. On the beach others renting from “ Dave” said he automatically offered them a cleaning refund when they messaged him about their condo being dirty too. Thus, we feel he does not clean them at all and waits for complaints and just issues refund if so. Smelled stale, and like mildew tooNo cleaning supplies there, not even dish detergent. We bought our own and cleaned bathroom and kitchen. We did NOT sleep under his bed linens but on blankets we brought. We wore our shoes always in room. CLEAN Unit would have gotten 5 stars. Dave, do better please!
