Very friendly owner! The owner even waited for us with his car to show the way to the gated accommodation! New complex! Very fresh, new and hygienic! Car can be parked inside gated parking! Automatic gate doors, very good and strong WiFi. If you like not crowded local beach (which we do) ask owner how to get there on small roads (it will be a 15 minutes walk)! It is perfect! For more busy city beach - use a taxi - beaches is Chornomorsk are much more beautiful than beaches in Odessa! Please visit restaurants at sea-side in Chornomorsk: view is certainly not worse as at France or Italian Rivièra! I lived at Curaçao and went a lot to South of France, but Black Sea was also a revelation! This accommodation is a good priced place to explore your first visit!

Everything was good! Note: walk to the city center is 40 minutes (we did it twice - not a problem for us)! With a taxi it is not a problem at all. Prices are low in Ukraine, if you know how to use services! Perfect space for a beach holiday! Rooms are not super big, but certainly not too small! Everything is new and very well done! Upon arrival fresh bed linnen and 2 big and 2 small towels, WiFi, airco and Tv. Everything functions without problems and without second asking! So: no negative comments! All is well done! Nevertheless: do you want the “resort feeling” with swimming pool and little cosy corners, you should be prepared to pay much more! So: splendid service and quiet nice place for good money!
