駅が近くてとても便利でした

とにかく駅が近くてよかったです。車は大きくて立体駐車場はNGでしたが近くの駐車場を紹介していただき同じ料金で停められました。女性用のアメニティも嬉しいですね。

強いて言えば浴室のシャンプーとボディソープが記名されていなかったので、どちらがボディソープなのかわからず使えなかったです。

設備の古さだけ気になります

駅から近い。フロントのスタッフさんが皆さん親切でした。

部屋にあるドライヤーが壁掛けタイプの古いもので、温度は熱いけど風量は少なく髪がなかなか乾かなかった。(フロントで別のドライヤーを借りることができます◎) コンセントがひとつしか使えないのが不便だった。鍵の開け方が分かりにくく、開かずに困っている方を複数見かけ(手伝い)ました。

立地が最高です。駅から雨に濡れずに来れます。周りには、百貨店、スーパー、コンビニ、居酒屋などがあり、食事処もいっぱいあります。施設の古さは否めませんが、東武ホテルらしい、安心感があります。

ロケーション良く、駅近く便利でした髭を剃ろうと思ったら、ヒゲソリが無かった

朝食が付いていると思っていたが、無かった！フロントで聞いたら、ぶっきらぼうに、付いてませんよ。と60代位の方に言われた!（#^ω^）外は、雨館内の店は、全て閉まってる私は、空腹のまま、仕事に出かけた！

駅から近いところ。そこだけです。

コンセントが少ない。ドライヤーの風圧が信じられないくらい弱い。水割りが汚くて、カビの匂いがする。スタッフの対応が悪く、愛想が悪い。全体的に、暗くて古い。バスルームの段差が高すぎる。上の階や隣の人の足音や声が聞こえる。

駅直結の割にコスパが良い。上尾近辺で用がある場合は適しています。

少し暗い感じとコスパがいい事から学生さんの団体と一緒になったこともあり、生活時間が異なるので睡眠が十分に取れなかった。部屋のアレンジが融通が効けばより良かったかもしれません。

上尾駅の周辺に他のホテルが無く、今回も帰省でしたが　いつも助かっています。

利便性で利用したが、次回は無いと思う。

禁煙部屋が、少ないタバコを吸わないので、部屋中窓を開けても、壁から匂いがした。　空気清浄機の貸し出はありませんと言われた。建物が古から？　　ベッドメーキング、清掃は良かった。　ビジネスホテルなのか、分からないが、女性の利用者は気分良くないと思う。

The location is so perfect! Its near everywhere especially the train station in ageo. Lots of restaurants also nearby, and the staffs are awesome!

Location is great, and free parking next to the station is worth a lot. Didn’t hear the trains at all.

Bathroom was too small for me when I showered, and there was visible mildew in places. The whole places needs some steam cleaning. Also, I don’t think there was WiFi at all - no info in the room about it. Was too tired to call down to the desk.
