Локація квартири 10/10, все дуже близько: заклади, магазини, аптеки, парк, загалом центр є центр. Неймовірно приємний власник, враження від комунікації виключно найкращі. В 10 хвилинах ходьби є платна парковка
Ліжко зручне, але дуже скрипуче. В перший день був дещо відчутний запах каналізації. Декілька разів треба було виключити і заново включити воду, щоб знову пішла тепла

Ідеальна комунікація з хазяїном помешкання.Тихе місце,в пішій доступності до центральних вулиць.Чисто,зручне ліжко,наявність найнеобхіднішого.

Всё понравилось. Расположение в самом центре, чистота, комфорт, тепло, всё необходимое - в наличии, всё работает. В общем, вопросов не возникало. Если буду ещё приезжать в Житомир - буду стараться попасть сюда.
