Rendkívül jól felszerelt apartman, külső medencével, pezsgőfürdővel és szaunával, udvarias kiszolgálás, 5 csillagos ellátással.

- the host was there at the resort and he greeted us; he also gave us a quick tour of the location plus some extra tips for restaurants nearby - in the mini-fridge we had free snacks and beverages - the room comes with some free amenities provided by the hotel (e.g. sauna, pool, jacuzzi) - the location is just perfect nearby the forest - it is very peaceful and quiet yet you can still have some fun at the hotel's pool but also at the lake (free beach access 15 minutes away, by foot).

- cleaning in general, especially the balcony - the specific elements of the kitchen take up storage space and, at the same time, they do not fulfill the function of a complete kitchen; a free breakfast at the restaurant could be a plus (even a discount voucher) - bad internet signal in the room, maybe because of the hotel, but then, maybe it would be an idea to become independent

The pool and the wellness was excellent.

The wifi connection was poor and not enjoyable.

The staff tried always to be helpful and was very nice. The apartment had little refreshments for free. One could easily see that the host tried everything to accompany the guest.

1. Wellness & Comfort: The spa area was nearly always shut down. Everytime somebody had to go to the reception to get an employee who enables the saunas etc. 2. WiFi was extremely weak. We had to use a cellphone lying directly at the entrance as a tether point just to get a somewhat good reception. Which also rendered the smart TV obsolete. The advertised Netflixe worked until it didn't. 3. There was mold in the corners in the wellness area. The warm water pool was missing tiles. 4. The offered dinner which has to be paid separatly is of subpar quality. We are talking here about 3 to 4 star hotel and everything was obviously convinience food you could get at your local Wal-Mart or Tesco. Even the veggies were precut. 5. Prices for extra services such as the inhouse bowling alley, tennis court etc. were in the range of a major western city such as Toulouse, Manchester or even the New Jersey area, which is simply not justified given the exchange rate and the quality of services provided. 6. The provided mini fridge was a standard quite noisy compressor model not a hotel adequate silent absorbtion model. 7. During our stay the A/C failed multiple times which is more than annoying when the room has a temperature of more than 85 F or 28 degree celsius.
