Casa Mariet

The space. Very quiet location. The support of the considerate and helpful owner via WhatsApp. The baked provided. Proximity of a bread/cake shop. Short drive to supermarkets and petrol stations. Close to motorway to make travel easier.. When in right part of the house very good internet connection. Local bar less than five minutes walk.

Nothing really to dislike but a few areas it could be noticeably better eg internet connection reliable in all rooms, a form of heating for the cool evenings, parking within the property and not on the road, printed instructions for the house including the clearly displayed Wi-Fi password (to save having to ask the owner for necessary information which was always provided when requested.)

La amplitud de la vivienda Información interesante para otros huéspedes: Los aseos no tienen ni gel ni champú y las cafeteras italianas son minúsculas. La de cápsulas es de dolce gusto

La actitud del dueño. Se le informó al día siguiente de la reserva y con bastante antelación que íbamos una persona más ya que el precio en Booking era el mismo para 4 o 5 personas, se lo dijimos sobre todo para que pusiera más toallas y dijo que no había problema de hecho se le mandaron los 5 DNI y no hizo ningún comentario pero una vez allí quería que le pagáramos 80 € más por bizum. Todo surgió porque le pedimos que nos pusiera el juego de toallas que faltaba. De saber todo esto y para evitar discusiones inútiles hubiéramos anulado ya que era cancelación gratuita

Really good communications ahead of our stay. The property was very well presented and very clean and tidy. Whilst not in a tourist location itself, it was an excellent base for us to explore all over the island.

More plates, glasses, baking trays etc would avoid unncessarily running the dishwasher half empty. Also the winter evenings were a bit chilly so a plug in heater for the living area would have been appreciated but likely not an issue the rest of the year.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Casa Mariett. Die Casa Mariett ist ein sehr gepflegtes und geräumiges Haus in zentraler und gleichzeitig ruhiger Lage. Die Küche des Hauses ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Unter anderem mit einem Geschirrspüler, einer Mikrowelle, einem Backofen und vielem Mehr. Besonders aufgefallen ist uns die kinderfreundliche Einrichtung mit Spielecke und Babybett. Die Casa Mariett ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten auf der Insel und besticht durch die Nähe zum Flughafen. (Ca. 30 Autominuten). Ein weiteres Highlight sind der liebevoll und vielseitig gestaltete Garten im Innenhof und die Dachterrasse die zu gemütlichem Verweilen einlädt.

Zu verbessern wären die zu kurze und sehr ungemütliche Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss bei der sich der Federkern durchdrückt. (Es gibt allerdings noch ein sehr großes und bequemes Doppelbett im OG.) Bei Ankunft sollten wir die Ausweisdaten in ein auf Spanisch ausgedrucktes Formular übertragen. Über ein Formular auf Englisch oder Deutsch hätten wir uns sehr gefreut, da man mit dem Übersetzer hier nicht besonders weit kommt. Anscheinend ging es dabei um die Weitergabe unserer Daten an die Behörden, dass wurde bei unseren anderen Unterkünften direkt vom Vermieter mit unseren Ausweisinformationen abgewickelt.
