Everything is perfect. Location is walkable to everywhere and in the heart of old town. Apartment's facilities is well working. Cleanliness is very good. Room space is comfortable. Bed is good. We have a problem to turn on the heater, the host (woman) is helpful and prompt to answer on the phone.
A little bit disappoints with the host (man) who meet us at check in date. He looks kind and welcoming. BUT he is not helpful. I have 2 seniors and 1 child with 3 big luggage and 1 small luggage and stairsssss. He does avoid helping us carry a luggage even though we ask him to do us a favor. Umm... difficult to find a real Gentleman.
