Finca Almencino with private pool and fantastic view Quaint country cottage with captivating views to the mountains and sea, only 4,5 km away from Cómpeta. This attractive holiday home combines contemporary and traditionally Spanish style. With beauty and design inside and outside, it is an ideal place to relax.
Finca Almencino is devided into 2 floors and offers space for 6 people (+ 1 child). On the ground floor we find the spacious living room with 2 comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a fireplace, the large dining table, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and another small room with sofa bed (for 1 child). We get to the upper floor over 2 beautifully decorated stairs. The left staircase leads to the master bedroom with double bed and en-suit bathroom with shower. The right staircase leads us to the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and access to a private roof terrace.
Outside the large private pool with sun terrace, the barbecue and a covered terrace with dining table. The entire exterior of the Finca offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
At only 4 km to the white village Cómpeta. The whole way to Finca Almencino is over a tarmac road. The last 100 m to the finca are quite steep, but you can drive there without problems with a normal car. In Cómpeta you find everything you need for your holiday: several small supermarkets, bakers, fruit and vegetable store, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, Internet café, souvenir shops, medical center, dentist, tourist information and much more.
