This holiday house is in S. Bartolomeu in Lisbon/ Lourinhã. It is quietly and rurally located near various beaches that are very well suited to water sports activities.
The two-storey house is comfortably furnished and provides 150m² of space for six people. It has two bathrooms with a shower and bath with a whirlpool, and two spacious bedrooms, a living and sleeping room, a main living room and a kitchen. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (standard measurements), a dresser and a cupboard. The living and sleeping room has a sofa bed (standard measurements) for an adult or two children, as well as a cot for a toddler. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped. The living room has a fireplace and a stove, as well as a comfortable suite with space for six people, a dining table for four people, a multimedia system with surround sound, an X-Box games console and a 40” LCD TV. All the rooms can be heated (gas central heating). Air conditioning is not available, nor is there an Internet connection.
The house has two terraces. The upper terrace is sunny, without any wind, and invites you to sunbathe. There is a little pool for children (diameter 2.5m, 60 centimetres high). The lower terrace also provides space to relax and has a barbecue. You can park on the street.
Two bicycles are available for use.
The nearest grocery shop and a café are 300 metres from the house. Water sports enthusiasts can find some beaches nearby that are very well suited to surfing, kite surfing and diving. Of course the well-tended beaches also have plenty to offer sun worshippers and bathing beauties. The nearest beaches are Areia Branca (7km), Lourinha/Atalaia (10km), Paimogo (10km), Porto das Barcas (10km) and Porto Dinheiro (15km). The Supertubos beach in the Peniche region is regarded as one of the best beaches for surfing. The nightlife with restaurants, bars and discos centres on Peniche and Areia Branca. You can also try the excellent regional cuisine, especially fish and seafood.
