Finca La Viña with private pool This beautiful country villa is located about 7 km from Cómpeta in the area "Pago de las Esparregueras". An oasis of tranquility, surrounded by avocado trees and vineyards, characterized by its spaciousness and modern style, with lush garden, private pool and barbecue. From here you have a wonderful view of the Sierra Almijara and the Mediterranean sea.
Outside the wonderfully refreshing and very private swimming pool with sun terrace and barbecue. Perfect place to relax and forget about everyday life.The pool is closed in winter from November until Easter.The whole way to Finca La Viña is asphalted, only the last 200 meters are over a dirt track, where you can drive without problems with a normal car that has a reasonable ground clearance.

Here we find the cozy living room with 2 sofas, satellite TV, fireplace, dining area and fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower, the other two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a family bathroom.NEW: The living room and all the bedrooms have air conditiong units installed (hot & cold).
