Everything was absolutely beautiful about this hotel ! Perfect. The rooms, services and particularly the private beach!!! Everything was exceptional. Spent some of the best nights of my life on that beach!

The atmosphere, rooms, and sea views surrounded by beautiful natural scenery are outstanding. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of premium-quality products. The staff and management are welcoming, attentive, and always willing to resolve any concerns promptly. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food at the hotel’s restaurant. Although the prices are slightly higher than those at other restaurants in Turunç, we felt the quality more than justified the cost. The complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the beach is very convenient. Whenever we requested it, the staff arranged it quickly and efficiently.

Our check-in experience was not great. Although the receptionist was polite and genuinely wanted to help, he did not seem to be very familiar with the hotel’s facilities and room locations. As we were travelling with a toddler and a pram, we had specifically requested a room close to the main facilities with minimal stairs. We were assured that our room was next to the children’s pool and offered easy access. However, it actually required climbing around 100 steps to reach the main entrance, and the baby cot we had requested during booking was not provided. Fortunately, their manager stepped in and resolved the situation very promptly. They arranged a more suitable room that fully met our needs, which completely changed our experience. It genuinely saved our holiday and left such a positive impression that we are already planning to return to the same hotel next year.

- Pros - rooms are spacious & airy - our sea view room had a lovely view from the main living area & balcony (but only a small window view from the master room, which was very strange) - the breakfast buffet is very impressive with all the sweet, savory, & cooked-to-order options you could imagine, even including fresh honey off the honeycomb

Cons: - no concierge - I asked for information on booking a boat tour in the area to explore the loval bays & beaches & the front desk associate told me she couldn’t help me & that she was “a stranger in this town too.” At the price point of $850 USD night, there should be someone competent to help offer insight on booking local attractions - The pool is intense - there are literally 8 bartenders/waiters watching your every move. And only kids age 10 & up are permitted in the main pool. Also, the main pool closes at 6pm, so they can prepare to host dinner poolside - so ridiculous! We have never seen anything like this. We ordered a glass of wine at 5:30 & they came by & told us that we needed to leave at 6. No apologies. No, we can help you move somewhere else. That’s just the policy. There is another small family pool off to the side that is in full sun & has no breeze or bar/wait staff. - Nespresso in the room is not complimentary- we’ve been traveling all over Greece & Turkey for weeks & this is the first place that we have encountered where espresso is not complimentary. Shockingly cheap at this price point.
