Я бы поставил 11. Жилье с великолепным видом, природа, в апартаментах (я бы назвал домом) все что душе угодно. Уютно, чист, тихо. Парковка под окном. Прекрасный продуктовый местный магазин через 70 метров, кафе. И , внимание, в 15 метрах от дома бесплатный автомат великолепной на вкус родниковой воды, в том числе и газированной! Пил не отрываясь))) Хозяйка -11 баллов! И для любителей приключений: Флоренция рядом, но если навигатор выставить к Флоренции через горную дорогу, то 40 минут незабываемых впечатлений гарантировано (для водителей со стажем-узкая горная дорога)
