The host Đorđa was absolutely lovely, responsive and very accommodating. Đorđa met us when we arrived to hand us the keys and arranged transport for us and our luggage to the apartment. Đorđa showed us around the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed, such as the the wifi code. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was very clean. We particularly enjoyed evening drinks on the terrace. The bed was very comfy and the room not too hot at all, with easy to use controls for the skylight and black out blind. The shower was also great, very powerful and spacious. The location was absolutely perfect, everything is in walking distance, including lots of brilliant restaurants and the beach (which is gorgeous!). There is a restaurant directly downstairs (Konoba Bracera) which we ate at on our last day and the food was delicious and service excellent. Primisten is also only 40 mins away from Split airport, so an easy drive. Đorđa sent us the location for the nearest car park (as cars aren't allowed in the Old Town) and this is where we were picked up from. We arranged a day out to Sibenik and Krka National Park, and the drive to these places was also pretty quick, We will 100% be back, as soon as we can!

Location is unique, near to the beach, the "Konoba Bracera" is under the apartment, just down the stairs. You can have a cup of coffee there or a nice dalmatian meal. You chose. :) You are in the city center (old town), behind the walls, with numerous stony streets and loads of places to have dinner. Sea view is included when eating. There is no sea view on the terrace of the apartment which doesn't make your stay there bad. It is so cosy and completely brand new. The place is built in 2020. I was the 3rd guest.

Beautiful, new apartment with IKEA kitchen and all premium materials and furnitures. Fully equipped for a comfortable holiday. Nice quiet large private terrace. Furnished and rennovated with really grate taste. Comfortable bedroom bed but also the couch is great to sleep on. Lots of stairs to climb but worth for the privacy. Really althogether the best place I've ever stayed in the last 10 years in Primosten.

At arrival we all eager to jump into the sea but we had to wait almost an hour from the time we called the owner of the appt. It should be indicated and made aware that they take so long. Parking space is in the cruise port, which is quite far from the flat. Although electric car service is offered at arrival and departure but if something is left in the car it's a huge walk to go and get it. It could be closer eg at hotel Zora.
