A really spatious apartment is very-very close to the lively center of the town and to the street where the best restaurants and bars can be found. The sea and the beaches is also close, maybe 300 meters walk. A nicely refurbished loft with all conveniences and a nice terrace with a partial sea view. You can park in front of the building but only for 2 hours. However, in the second parallel street (next to the railway) you can park for free.
In some places the height of the attic is quite limited so you have to be careful not to bump your head. It takes some time to get used to it. The railway runs about 100-150 meters from the apartment, so there is some noise - but you cannot avoid this if you want to stay close to the sea and the beaches.
