About this house rental
Perched on the edge of Coos Bay, this brand new luxury townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway. Expansive views are available from all floors of this three-story unit. You can also enjoy fully outfitted media room on the ground floor complete with wet bar, 60” flat panel Smart TV, state of the art sound system, and comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and full-size washer and dryer can be found on the top level of this townhouse. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat panel TV, fireplace, and oversized bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub (with a view!) ensuite. The second bedroom also includes a king-size bed and bathroom, also ensuite. Including the sleeper sofa on the ground floor, this home comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Each bedroom and the media room with sofa sleeper have full private bathrooms, with a half bath on the second level. When you do venture out, Sunset Bay is just fifteen minutes away, and nearby you’ll find Empire Lake, reported to be some of the best fishing in the state of Oregon.

The views here change day by day and moment by moment so plan to spend plenty of time just soaking it all in.

This property is in excellent condition and very clean. Watching the tides roll in and out was a joy anytime that we were home. We were golfing all week at Bandon Dunes with only a 30 minute drive to the course. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property. The facility is well equipped, the location is convenient, and the views are exquisite.We enjoyed every moment of our stay. As the description states, it is luxurious and mesmerizing!

The location of property & description of beach access in listing were very misleading & I wouldn't have booked the property if I had known that there was no beach access. The property itself was very nice though & property manager was communicative & responsive.
