*** OCEAN VIEW!***WALK TO Semi-PRIVATE BEACH!! (residents only)** *****This OCEAN VIEW Historical 1891 Victorian home is absolutely charming and loaded with character. Located in the quiet, wooded, very desirable Lower Makonikey neighborhood - just a short 4 mile drive to town and the ferry. ONLY a 5 MINUTE WALK (0.2 of a mile) to the residents only beach on Vineyard Sound, with parking available .Only 1 mile from Lambert’s Cove/West Tisbury Town Beach. This home has two floors, lots of windows, high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. There is a huge wrap-around porch and a back deck, with an outdoor shower, new gas Weber grill,2 chaise loungers, cocktails table, also two dining tables ( 6 person and 4 person table), wicker rockers .The spacious, open living room has built- in window cushion seating with a wall of windows. ** There is a hammock to relax in the yard. Wi-Fi with Roku. Laundry room on 2nd floor. Lamberts Cove walk-on beach pass available after July 1; vehicle passes to Lambert’s Cove Beach tenants must purchase from the town.
Dogs are welcome--no extra charge.

The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with plenty of space for our group. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet convenient to everything we wanted to do on Martha’s Vineyard. The host was responsive and made check-in and communication easy.

Lovely property and well located. Loved the wraparound verandah with great chairs and tables . Disappointed with the view of the ocean as you can only see it if standing up. Kitchen cupboards and floor were sticky and could have used a deep clean. Downstairs bed and king size bed were comfortable but upstairs room with 2 beds were not.
