Welcome to Still Waters Retreat, a serene townhome nestled in the quiet beauty of lower Deer Valley and thoughtfully hosted by StayLuxe Properties (Heather, Madi, and Nicole). Surrounded by stunning mountain views and overlooking a tranquil lake, this two-story getaway offers the perfect summer base to relax, recharge, and explore everything Park City has to offer. Whether you're hiking local trails, enjoying a round of golf, or strolling Historic Main Street, you’ll love coming home to this peaceful mountain haven.
Inside, the home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests with two upstairs bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus a third full bath on the main floor. The king master suite offers a cozy retreat, while the bunk room—with a twin-over-twin and twin-over-full—makes a fun and functional space for families or friends. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances opens to a bright dining area with seating for six, plus two more at the bar.
Step outside to the private patio and enjoy morning coffee or an evening BBQ on the propane grill, all while taking in breathtaking lake and mountain views. After a day of adventure, unwind in your private hot tub or cozy up in the living room with a movie by the gas fireplace (seasonal use). IMPORTANT:
1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.
3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.

The house was awesome. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The master bed was very comfy. The view of the lake was gorgeous and fun to look at while in the hot tub. The tvs were easy to operate. The location was walking distance to the bus and a great location for walking and biking. We loved our stay.

Had an amazing time in Park City and my family and I absolutely loved staying in this condo. It was super clean, had an awesome location and accommodated the needs of my family of 5 perfectly. Communication with Madi and Beau was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again next time we’re back in Park City.

The location was great. I twas lovely to be near the lake and take walks up to the Deer Valley Resort. However, as I already mentioned to Heather, the hot tub smelled moldy and was unusable. There were no screens on the bedroom windows so we couldn't open them for fresh air. The washing machine made loud noises which suggests it may need to be replaced. The freezer ice maker didn't work so we had to buy our own. The kitchen utensils weren't in good supply. Knives were not sharp at all. The cleaning bill seemed high for the size of the place. Finally we were out of water most of the evening (27th) and the following day (28th). No showers. No laundry. No dishwasher. When I mentioned to Heather, she seemed sympathetic but didn't offer any consideration for our inconvenience. I realize the water outage was due to a break in the water main but to offer no consideration seemed less than professional. Beau was great.
