Welcome to Carey Bay Cottages! A small vallage of twelve cottages located in the heart of Grove with a country feel. Quaint & clean, backed by 15 private wooded acres on Carey Bay waterfront. Feel free to roam! The perfect place to bring friends and family yet have your own space. After a long day on the lake, head back to your cozy cottage where you can grill some hamburgers and relax around a fire. Every cottage was designed with the discerning traveler in mind - granite counter tops, completely equipped kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, bathroom with custom shower... the list goes on. All the comforts of home, just smaller. We also have parking for a boat with water and electrical hookups and an outdoor security system.
Lake time! It's just a short walk behind the cottages to the lake. Bring your boots to explore our woods and enjoy the lake views. The shoreline is kept clean and in its natural state, it's a great place to relax and soak up the sound of the water. Dock the boat just a mile away at The Wolf Creek Park and Boating Facility, a top of the line fishing facility. Professional anglers come from all over the US to fish at Wolf Creek. They offer fishing tournaments and family events year round. Enjoy the other fun activities our area has to offer like various water sports, golfing, the state park, Har-ber Village, and Lendonwood Gardens, to name a few. If you don't mind a bit of a drive, tour Crystal Bridges Museum located an hour away but well worth it.
Amenities at the cottages include Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with cookware and dishes, drip coffee maker, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, Smart TV, beach towels, linens, propane grill, water & electric for boat hookups. Our area is very safe, but we have installed an outdoor surveillance system as extra security for our guests and their property.
The natural beauty of the lake and it's surroundings, along with the small town atmosphere are part of what we love so much about Grand Lake. We hope you enjoy your stay and love it here as much as we do!

Such a great place to stay!! Would totally recommend for anyone. Quick trip want to come back and stay longer. Didn’t get to use kitchen but it looked like it would have everything you need. I have a terrible bad back and am always concerned about comfort of bed. No problem at all. Very comfortable. Super clean place. Going to recommend to everyone I know!

Enjoyed our weekend trip. The place is very clean and has most anything you could want or need. The location is convenient to all the things. Would definitely stay again.

Booked for quick weekend trip with my wife to visit grandbaby and this unit (A) was perfect for our needs. Played 2 golf courses nearby. Was a great stay.

Absolutely the peace and quiet we were looking for to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. This little place is a hidden gem. Just a few hundred yards to the lake. We even saw a doe one evening. It has all the comforts you could ask for in a crisp clean little cottage. The little table outside with a gas fire pit was a pleasant surprise, we purchased s’mores makings to enjoy it. :)
The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Loved the ability to use the kayaks provided near the waters edge.
We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and will definitely be visiting again. Easy to find and close to town. Only sad part was we had to check out by 10 am. We found that a bit early and felt a rush at the end of out peaceful visit but I’m sure it was due to the extra cleaning they are putting into sanitizing and making it ready for the next guests. 5 stars all the way.
