About this house rental
Saint-Florent (Haute Corse),
15 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes drive from the town center, a 100 m² villa on two levels with private pool.
The accommodation:
100 m2 villa of modern design.
Quiet environment, close to the port of Saint-Florent and 14 minutes walk from the beach. An outdoor swimming pool. 3 bedrooms.
This superb villa benefits from an advantageous location, only 5 minutes drive from the city center of Saint-Florent also close to the most beautiful beaches in the area (Saleccia, Lodu...). The villa is nestled on the heights of Saint-Florent with a splendid view of the gulf including an 8x4 outdoor swimming pool, as well as a large terrace with deckchairs, dining table, and summer lounge. Garden at the back of the house.
Spacious, the villa offers an exceptional view of the Gulf of Saint-Florent.
On the first floor, there is a large living-dining room with open kitchen.
There is also a shower room with WC on this floor.
Upstairs there are three comfortably furnished bedrooms, two of which are double and one with bunk beds and a trundle bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Linen, towels and bath towels can be provided as an option. In this case, the beds will be prepared just before your arrival.
Full departure cleaning is included in the rental.
In a quiet and residential environment, the villa enjoys a quiet and privileged setting only 5 minutes drive from Saint-Florent. A lively and family resort, Saint-Florent is a must for the charm of its citadel, its port and its local shops, and the products of the Corsican region, but also its many restaurants. A few minutes from the villa, the Agriates desert is a classified natural site, accessible by 4x4 or boat (shuttles from the port of Saint-Florent). The desert is renowned for its white sandy beaches and turquoise waters worthy of the Seychelles. The beach of La Roya, accessible in 7 minutes by car from the house, is a white sandy beach and offers many activities: water sports (diving, sailing school, yachting, water skiing, canoeing...).

This house was stunning and photos don’t do it justice. It’s beautifully decorated and very spacious with all the things you could need. The view from the pool is stunning and the pool itself is a perfect temperature. Saint Florent itself is a charming little town with all the things you could need and want without the crowds. We would definitely come back!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this spacious, relaxing and well equipped villa. It was a perfect base for exploring the north of the island, but was equally brilliant for just spending a lazy day around the pool. The terrace has amazing views, particularly as the sun is setting. It’s a short walk to the beach and there is a small shop just a couple of minutes drive. It is however a reasonable walk from town (30+ minutes) but a quick easy drive.

6 ladies on a 5 days trip. Really a nice house. Good communication with owner. Only thing was that one of the beds was a bunk bed :(
We read a lot of comments before. And all comments around the house is empty for kitchen stuff. Wasn't true anymore.
So all in all a nice stay in nice weather :)

He villa itself was as advertised but a couple of things let it down . One was the fridge which was not cold at all and kept turning itself off . And the downstairs bathroom toilet seat was broken superglue not glued anymore.
