About this villa rental
At the upper level, there are two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. At the top of the staircase there is an open space with office facilities and a sitting area. All rooms have amazing panoramic view of the area due to the large windows.
On the ground level, there is a sitting area with a stove, a dining area for 8 guests, a bar with a wine preservation fridge, an an open plan kitchen equipped with necessary appliances plus an ice maker machine, the master bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. All areas have direct access to the big shaded veranda with the splendid sea view where up to 6 guests can dine. On the same level and near the pool there is a separate dining and relaxing area. At the lower level, there is a separate studio used as a storage place. In front of them a spacious terrace with a green garden and trees along the whole front side. All areas inside have air-conditioning.
The outdoor place offers a private swimming pool which can be heated with an extra charge, a big pergola shaded place with outdoor furniture where you can relax, enjoy your meals and gaze at the ocean.
You can then enjoy our ping pong table and a soccer goal located in our natural grass garden. We also offer 2 bicycles for our guests who like to explore the area that way.
Secure parking is located in the front of the house under the shade of local grown trees. Linen and bath towel change twice a week. The house provides you with all the necessary amenities and equipment in order to enjoy your vacation with luxury and easy.
If you are more than 6 guests, there is an extra cost of 30€ per extra person per night.
The guests have unconstrained access to the whole villa and all outdoor spaces.
The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
If the guest wishes to use the indoor fireplace, the wood used has an extra charge.
If the guest wishes to heat the pool, there will be an extra charge.
There is also free parking for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 more cars in the road outside.
Guests shall be respectful of the property and furniture and leave the house in a good condition so all future guests can enjoy it.
Scheduled pool, house, and garden cleaning may take place during your stay.

Villa has fantastic views of olive groves and distant sea views. Beds and linen made our stay very comfortable and kitchen extremely well equipped. Outside dining area and BBQ superb. Location 5 minutes away from main highway and although quite a steep hill to negotiate you are rewarded with those fantastic views

This property is located in a small village on the side of a mountain overlooking acres and acres of olive groves, with the Cretan sea and mountains visible in the distance. The house was very clean, roomy, comfortable with lots of hot water and good AC. The appliances worked well (although the stove top was tricky to figure out). There was a beautiful covered porch for lots of shade and which provided a lovely place to eat with a gorgeous view. There was also a large patio with loungers and beautiful views as well. The only point to note is that the house is about 30 minutes from Chania, and the road to Chania is narrow and windy. My desire was to stay in a small village, far from tourists, in the countryside - which is exactly what this was. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

The property was fantastic with views to die for.
We could not have asked for anything more with regards to facilities, the villa had it all.
The heated swiming pool made our holiday as we enjoyed daily relaxing swims in the warm water.
Sousana and the Team at Aegean Villas could not do enough to make us welcome and feel at home. They addressed all of our wants from recommending resturants and best beaches to saying a personal farewell on the day we left.
We would not hesitate to return to Villa Staride and highly recommend the property and the excellent services that the Aegean Villas Team provided.
