Villa Tianna, 1st floor Apartment D, is one of four apartments within a small complex that share use of a supersized 16mx9m swimming pool, located in a quiet cul de sac. The apartment sleeps 6, which consists of 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds in and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The apartment has free air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge area. WIFI is free and SAT TV.
There is a kitchen with fitted appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is open plan with a dining room and lounge, there is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC & wash hand basin. The Apartment has its own private outside terrace with seating for up to 6 people to dine al fresco, which overlooks the swimming pool & great views of Penon de Ifach. The surrounding pool terrace features multiple sunbeds and a covered poolside pergola with Table Tennis under. There is also an outside pool shower and a communal BBQ area. The pool and terrace area is gated for extra security.
Cleaning, linen and towels are provided and included in the cost of your holiday.
The distance to Calpe town, beach, bars and restaurants is less than 10 minutes drive. Calpe itself is wonderful town with Penon de Ifach well worth visiting if you enjoy walking/hiking. There are 2 beautiful stretches of blue flag beaches and long promenades with a huge array of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The Port area of Calpe hosts some incredible fish restaurants.
Closer to the apartment there are also are a couple of restaurants that are a short stroll away, approximately 10-15 minutes walk.
