Good location, spacious and clean place. WiFi is quite bad, with 4/5 persons using it at same time it was very slow.

Nonsense! Do better.

I emailed the host on the 5th of December and I never got an email response from Kevin. I was worried that I wouldn't have a place to stay the night because of the insane requests made from him. I even asked Booking.com to intercede, and they failed me in the end. They never got back to me either. I thought I might eventually have to get my credit card company involved. In the meantime, I just waited. On Dec 23rd, I got an email that put aside my fears. The host just ignored the fact that they had previously sent those insane demands (that I did not supply) and carried on like no threat was given. Basically, it was send me such and such or you cant stay here! I am still feeling some kind of way.

Was close to the cruise port.

After arriving and reading additional information, I felt like I was walking on eggshells. I have a brother and best friend who live in Miami, and I felt like I couldn’t even have them visit with us because of the strict rules added. If i would have read that upon booking probably would have never booked. I understand the whole party thing 100% but made me even uncomfortable to have family visit. I am very respectful and considerate about others properties etc

It's a great spot away from home.

Good morning, Kevin, Our stay at your property was okay. The location is very good—close to the airport and centrally located near food and stores, which was excellent. There was a notice stating that there’s no smoking in the apartment. However, we did notice a scent of smoke. I would also recommend adding a regular mirror somewhere, as the only one available was the small one in the bathroom. It would also be helpful to have a few bottles of water on hand. We came from Connecticut, our flight was delayed, and we arrived about four hours later than expected. When we got there, there was no water, and we didn’t have the chance to go to the store immediately because we had to head straight to the viewing at the church. Overall, it’s a nice and convenient place. We truly appreciated your help in getting an iron right away—you were very helpful throughout. I would definitely stay with you again despite the minor glitches. Thank you!

great location, great value, clean and comfy. Couldnt find anything better for that money and at the last minute. Was in town for convention and this was far better than any hotel in area value wise.

The property was unkempt. The space was not cleaned before we arrived this was evidenced by the visual dirt on the floor, stains on the sofa and dining room chairs, and the dingy linen on the beds. Also the home is dated, the walls were dingy and in need of painting, the ceiling has various cracks in it, the stove was stained and needs to be replaced, the furniture in all rooms needs to be replaced, the dryer is old with no lint door which leaks lint all over your clothes when drying, the counter is old and the dishes are deplorable they were stained and needs to be trashed immediately! There was also trash strewn outside of the property. The bathroom is the only room that appeared to have been upgraded.

You gave a mis-leading address and that combined with a lock that malfunctioned due to a battery issue. Caused us to rent a motel rm. 1st nite. I suggest you make sure the address matches the confirmation address. We were in 2120 unit 4, not 2110 unit 4. Otherwise all good.

Very clean two separate double bedroom bungalow near the airport.

It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything that you needed starting with free parking and closeness to the FL airport. Nicely decorated with comfortable beds. We stayed only one night arriving very late and left early in the morning, so we did not use any of the kitchen stuff or other equipment but it looked like everything was provided.

Nice interior. looks like recently renovated. Large and comfortable two bedroom for the price of what we would normally get for a hotel room.

Interior was nice, but the exterior needs to be fixed up a bit. Really disappointed that there were no coffee pods and some creamers. TVs were really hard to figure out how to operate. They are all Roku units. Still couldn’t figure out how to change volume in the bedroom TVs. Maybe an instruction page placed on the table would have been helpful. Nicely renovated units. But the bathroom counter space needs to be reworked. There is no place to put you toiletries at all. Counter is small and there are no shelf space at all. Good thing we were only there for one night. Otherwise, it would have bee really hard using the bathroom.
