Big Hill Retreat

Loved the home, location, beds, bathrooms, and the well stocked kitchen! I would definitely rebook this place for a family holiday gathering. I wouldn't need to bring anything but the food! Plenty of places to hang out, socialize, or just relax.

Some of the drawers in the kitchen were a little wonky. We just made sure to keep them closed so we didn't run the risk of accidentally breaking something. Also, there were some goldfish crackers under one of the beds in the "slumber room". Other than that, place was clean and tidy. Lastly, there are no blinds in the upstairs bedroom, so the sun definitely wakes you up in the morning (even if you are not ready to wake up) LOL

It was a large space that accomodated our group well. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked and clean. As guests in Suncadia we had access to a the close by (walkable) trails, pool (indoor and outdoor with water slides for kids) and fitness center. The garage had air hockey and basketball games and weights. The kitchen was large and well set up. The TV's worked for both casting and movies for our kids. Overall it was a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. They even had sleds for the kids to play with in the snow.

The only hiccups were figuring out the door lock and heating system. The owners were responsive though so this issues were quickly solved.

The house was spacious and in a nice area. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked

The house was organized but could use a deep clean. If you have any kind of allergies, this isn’t the house for you. All the dishes/pots and pans needed to be cleaned before using which was frustrating. We also couldn’t connect to the WiFi that was given to us and when we reached out to home owner, we were told there was an outage but I don’t believe that was true because the the TV’s were connecting to WiFi.
