Me and my family loved the location looking at the beach at night was so beautiful
We tried to get in the hot tub some people stayed in there from 7-10

It was in a good location. I was close to the beach
The tenant that was above me was very noise they made loud noise. It sounds like they had kids and they were running up and down the hall

Close to the beach for a good price
If anyone is staying above you, you can forget getting any rest. The property will not help you with any kind of disturbance, you are on your own. Also, the inside smelt like mildew and can clearly tell it was painted over recently.
