Featuring updated decor & design, Howelsen Place A302 is perfect for a couple or small family. A plush Primary King Suite with large ensuite bathroom ensures you'll rest easy after a fun day exploring Steamboat. Need some overflow sleeping for when guests come to visit? Check out the Queen sofa sleeper in the stylish open living room. If you want to stay in, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up dinner and there's a gas grill on the patio right off the living room. Plus a small dining table, ample seating, private washer & dryer and new TV make this a spectacular condo.

The amenities of this building & condo can't be beat! Park in the heated parking garage and take the elevators right up to your condo. Don't worry about lugging your ski gear back and forth to the ski area because there's a private ski locker for you at the base of the Steamboat Resort. Finally, the private entrance to the building is right off Yampa Street, one of Steamboat's most desirable locations.

Parking: There is room for one car in the labeled spot #42 in the heated underground garage, this spot may be too small for some larger vehicles. No trailer parking permitted.

Regardless of the property we rent, it's the incredible service provided by Steamboat Lodging/Winter Park Lodging that keeps bringing us back. Howelsen Place is the 5th property we have rented and each place has something great unique to the address. A302 is in a great location and it was the perfect place for 2 people. Great location, walkable to everything in town and nice having a parking spot! Was a little loud at night with the garbage compactors running randomly but if you’re a deep sleeper it was ok. The space was perfect, kitchen stocked, and roomy. Bonus that there was laundry in the unit!

Very nice property. Spaces and well maintained. Commication with property management was very good. We liked being in the downtown location by shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance

Perfect for what we needed. Only difficult part was finding the place but if you can find the restaurant, “Cypress” it is in the same building. Would stay here again.
