Approx. 100 steps from the beach! Recently renovated house, 3-Story, 4-Bedroom (4th bedroom is a private bonus room w/a twin over full bunk bed) with 3 Full Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room, & Laundry Room. Enjoy ocean breezes on the nearby beach or simply relax on either 2-Balconies or a Rooftop Deck with sounds of gentle waves & ocean views. Perfect for getting together with family & friends or working from home.

The Location! It's so easy to walk to the beach. The home has 3-floors, so couples & families have some personal space indoors. The outdoor area of 2-balconies, a large rooftop deck, & fenced backyard give options for a private retreat or social gatherings with family. Find your nook & enjoy morning coffee, read a book in the afternoon, or maybe unwind with a glass of wine anytime!

PARTY AND NOISE DISCLAIMER:
Brigantine is not a party beach town. There's no boardwalk and very few bars. Most establishments are not open late, and the nighttimes are very quiet. If you're looking for a house to host a party or a place to cut loose & make some noise- I'm sorry, our home is not for you.
We've become friends with our neighbors on all sides of the home. Backyard, side yard, across the street, they're all friends. Many live here full-time. Our dedication to them and the community is that we will not allow a party house, excessively loud/disrespectful guests, or any illegal activities on the property. We will strictly enforce all rules related to outdoor & indoor noise levels, quiet times, parking, & occupancy levels. Any violations of our or city regulations may risk security deposit forfeiture. The City of Brigantine also does not tolerate party houses, illegal activities, or noise complaints. Brigantine Police have issued a summons and fines to renters AND homeowners in the past!

SECURITY:
Exterior Nest security cameras are at the doorbell and above the garage door. Minut sensors are installed to monitor smoke, occupancy, and noise. The Minut sensor is built for privacy. It’s camera-free and doesn’t record any sound or listen to conversations.

Stayed here with my family which included 4 young kids. Location was perfect with proximity to the beach/sea wall. We prefer the North End of Brigantine because it is quieter but that does mean, outside of Pirates Den, other stores and restaurants aren’t easily walkable (with small kids, anyway). The house was more than enough space for us. Having all bath, bed, and beach linens provided was a HUGE plus. The place was extremely clean and well stocked. Allen was a very communicative host who provided clear instructions for check in/check out and plenty of information about things to do while in Brigantine. He’s easy to talk to and clearly available should anything come up. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect beach house for 3 adult couples and 2 kids! Loved the location and the fact that each family had their own bathroom. Top floor master with the rooftop deck was awesome! Allen was very easy to work with and called us a few days before our stay to see if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Went for a quick two days and loved it. Had everything we needed - did not need to pack Beach chairs, linens, towels, TP, beach cart, or boogie boards. Was not difficult to get to the beach even though you have to go over the sea wall. Check in and check out was easy too!
