This is a nicely designed space, with cosy communal areas to sit/hang out, 3 interconnected blocks with shared kitchen and lounge, I would imagine it would be particularly nice if you rent the whole thing out. Location is great, a couple minutes walk from the beach and there are bars /restaurants/mini markets within a short walk and just 15min drive from Figueira de Foz. The hosts were amazing and responsive.
Bathrooms whilst private (one per room) they were outside of the bedroom, you needed a key to use it. Noise insulation isn't great and so we didn't sleep great mainly from hearing other guests using the bathrooms etc. Again if you were travelling with a group and had the whole place it wouldn't be much of an issue.

Designer interior, big rooms with all you can need, even Taschen literature - all there things wrapped in incredible taste. The owner is certainly knows what he\she is doing to set up a right mood.

Room was beautiful. Beds comfy.
Lots of smoking in the morning by other tenants. Wifi didnt work in the bedroom. Had to go to the kitchen.

Its walking distance to the beach. The staff were prompt to reply any messages.
We didn't realise until we got there that it was shared kitchen and living area. The bathroom was outside the room and they were no USB plugs to charge phones.
