Roaches everywhere. Very loud . Horrible part of town. Staff was not very helpful or welcoming nor did they care to hear my concerns or complaints. Threatening me about a dirty towel would keep me from getting back my deposit

Overall, I rate my stay 3 stars ⭐️

The property was okay, it was very close to Disneyland, I got the duplex suite. I liked the jacuzzi they had in the room.

They were some roaches in the room and flies in there but you get what you pay for.

I like that I had a deal with the cost because it wasn’t worth more.

I didn’t like how the housekeepers do not clean properly. They use the same cleaning rag to every room. They don’t clean under the bed and they don’t change the sheets like they suppose to.

Tried to get a cheap room during holiday travel and you get what you pay for. Didn't know the area. People doing drugs in the parking lot, and sitting in the staircases, and what appeared to be people enjoying a 'quick visit service'. Mandatory housekeeping/daily room check was listed for probably the above reasons. I left after 3 hours. Smelled heavily of cleaning products, and owners seemed nice enough, but absolutely would not recommend

The motel is located about a mile from Knott's Berry farm in 4 miles from Disneyland it's in a good location and it's economical

Nothing it’s infested with drug affiliated people my dog ate some drugs that was under the bed and I felt so unsafe there and I wish I could have had a refund but I am homeless and it would take 7-10 days to get it back.

the staff interacted with my girlfriend and i as if they had attitudes, the room had ALIVE critters, the bad had stains and hair was all over the floors and bedding. my girlfriend and i cancelled the room after only having it for no more than 6-8 hours due to only dropping our luggage off and went out came back we really took a look around and there were bugs and hair everywhere. plus the jacuzzi was dirty.

Always call before booking a jacuzzi room

I loved the friendly staff and the flexibility of paying deposit in cash

That booking.com falsely advertises the jacuzzi room. It happened twice and I called for availability the day before and I ended getting a jacuzzi tub with tape all over it and a printed sign saying “out of order” but of course the hotel blames the third party and the third party blames hotel it’s a run around and a losing game because I ended up paying more for the jacuzzi and never got it ! Do you know how upsetting and disappointing that is!? And to make matters worse booking won’t care or offer 5% off some petty offer to get you to shut up.

Stained dirty towels, stained bed sheets, had to shove the bathroom door open, key stopped working after the first night, only one outlet in the whole room, didn’t even have nightstands, walls were blank with no art or photos it felt like a jail cell besides the tv

Not very family place. A lot of poverty near by had a man knocking on my room all night. Kinda scary place too stay alone.

Im so glad we chose to stay at tje travel inn my trip was therapeutic rather than chaotic.

The staff was more than accommodating throughoit my stay. Will be staying there again.

Declining value

This was my 3rd time staying here, it's usually a decent value with a good location, lots of amenities within walking distance. Staff is usually nice.

Despite claiming "no pets allowed", there were numerous dogs in the place. My room smelled like dog, there was a barking dog in the room next to me. Barked after midnight most days. I was charged $100 to stay an extra day, not a good value. There was no TV remote.
