Almost every thing was planned there w comfort n mind…..if it were cleaner and more attention to detail…..also, as a former Air BB owner myself,
I resented the short techie notes that were suppose to suffice for a personalized touch.
Cleanliness……shampoo, no bird poop on front sidewalk……location of outside trash.

Location, historical features and eclectic vibe of the house, good HVAC, comfortable beds and walking distance to everything in Alpine.
No provision of bath soap or shampoo. Ended up using the Dawn dishwashing soap for personal hygiene.

The casita is located right around the corner from one good friend and just blocks away from others. It was easy to get to the events I was attending. I liked the bedrooms, the front porch and everything worked just fine. The tub in the bathroom might be an issue for folks with mobility issues but I liked it.
