What we really liked was the use of the townie bikes, the washing machine, and a clean place.

Perfect apartment, highly recommended.

Perfect location close to Finalborgo with lots of restaurants, Finale Ligure and the ocean two minutes by bus. Clean apartment, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen with a bialetti and espressocoffe available. Free parking space when travelling by car. Elena is very hospitable and helpful.

Missed nothing - except a toaster perhaps. Just details.

Wonderful location and comfortable stay

The whole apartment was recently renovated, is fully equipped (including dishwasher, washing machine and an air conditioning unit in every room) and is in perfect condition. The beds are very comfortable and there is enough space for four people (although you have to take turns to use the single bathroom/shower). The host is really kind and helpful. There is a nice little terrace with good views and the area is really quiet. Furthermore, the location is excellent, barely four minutes walking from beautiful Finalborgo.

It would be great if the host could install mosquito screens outside the windows. There are not many insects because the apartment is on the top floor of the building, but still some of them get into the flat if you open the windows to get some fresh air at night. Additionally including a microwave and a toaster would improve my rating from +9 to 10.

Easy, comfortable and real nice stay in good location near to Finalborgo

We were there for mountainbiking. The appartment does include a bike storage in the basement, which is big enough for 4 large enduro bikes. Evolve Bikeshop is only a few minutes away and with this the bike shuttles are easy accessible and in short reach. The rooms were nice and clean and the appartment had almost everything (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) with only one exception which is Wifi. The beds were really comfortable! Most importantly the hostess was a real pleasure and very accommodating. Was a really nice stay!

Unfortunately there is no wifi yet, nor a local option to wash the bike. But bikewash can be done at Evolve Bikeshop for 1€

Moderne, helle, gute eingerichtete Wohnung nahe beim Stadtzentrum und ÖV

Elena war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Da sie per WhatsApp mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen hat, konnten wir die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert organisieren. Die Wohnung ist hell und entspricht den Bildern. Es hat genug Stauraum für Kleider und Koffer. Prima Klimaanlage! Die Wohnung ist wenige Gehminuten vom alten Stadtzentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Läden entfernt. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Mit der Gästekarte kann man gratis den Bus benutzen und zu den verschiedenen Stränden fahren, z.B. nach Varigotti. Hinweis: die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock ohne Lift - gutes Fitnessprogramm ;-)

Wir hätten einen kleinen Couchtisch beim Sofa praktisch gefunden - aber das ist ein Detail. Ansonsten alles prima!

Тихо, спокойно, все необходимое в шаговой доступности, рядом старый город, кафешки, рестораны, видные места если не лень пройти не его в верх ))) интересные маршруты для бега и хайкинга. В квартире есть все необходимое, что бы готовить и вести быт, хорошие мощные кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Др моря можно пешком ок 2 км, можно на машине, мы ездили на разные пляжи, парковались в 5-7 минутах на улицах выше основной дороги (см на картах)
