Simon is a gracious host. The room is meticulously furnished with quality period furniture. The breakfast was delicious and healthy.

It is a Castle Keep, renovated with A/C private bathroom with nice shower. Simon is a fine Host and helped me when I had trouble with the remote for AC. My fault. Breakfast was great set up on the veranda under nice trees.
We enjoyed the top of the town view and a great local restaurant. 50 meters away. 5 star fine dining
The room door squeaks a bit which might wake the others. So minor as to be funny

It is a beautiful property designed in a stylish way. The owner is an excellent host and provided me with a great breakfast and interesting conversation.
There is nothing that I would change. It is a lovely little hotel.

La Sentinelle is a lovely boutique hotel, with only a few rooms, giving it an exclusive feel. The village location is magical, if you enjoy historical surroundings and don’t mind a bit of an uphill walk! The building is tastefully decorated with eclectic furniture, antiques and art. We appreciated the healthy and delicious breakfast in the pretty garden and the friendly service of the very hospitable owner, who chatted to us about the history of the village and renovation of the property. Late check-in was easily accommodated.
The only downside was that the air-conditioning unit rattled quite loudly, so we had to switch it off on a warm night. Perhaps needs looking at? Otherwise faultless!
