The breakfast was very nice and changed each day. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly. Overall a great stay.

The bed was not very comfortable to me. My back ached. I think it was a touch too firm for my tastes.

This is my second time staying at this property. Always friendly staff, the bed and pillows are just like home. The only thing is housekeeping. They don’t visit you everyday so used towels are not my thing, but when I called the desk they ran fresh towels up lickity split. I always use the laundry too. They only have one location now. One washer was out of order which caused difficulty. Since you only have two washers when one is down repairs need to be in a timely fashion. Since you removed laundry on other floors perhaps you need to increase the washers by one or two, just my opinion. I absolutely recommend this hotel!!!

It had a pool and bar, close to my daughter’s house.

Checked in late Sat, July 19th, found a small cricket in the bathroom. Decided to opt out of house keeping services the night of check in. The next morning, I informed the front desk that the 3 bottles in the shower weren’t filled and can we get more towels. We don’t need the beds made, was rudely told “You opted, Out of house keeping services and I replied, yes but that has nothing to do with those bottles not being filled before we even arrived and checked in. Plus, we were told it could be added on later. Can we get clean towels in 502 and have the bottles filled, was told the service would be added, replied thank you and it’s fine if it’s extra. Of course, came back Sun evening and still no clean towels and the bottles in the shower were never refilled. Left out Monday morning, when I returned, I saw the gentleman at the front desk, who actually checked us in on Sat night the 19th. I explained to him the situation and he looked in the computer and said, 502 is still showing No housekeeping service. So, No clean towels or bottles refilled ……. Are you Kidding Me !!!! I went up to 502 gathered the towels myself and brought them down and exchanged them for a set of clean towels. That’s Ridiculous, Poor service and Fairfield needs to critique their employees because not ALL but some are very Unprofessional and just Rude ! There is No excuse for not getting clean towels or having the shower bottles refilled, it was a simple request. There are other hotels, that I can choose from and rest assure, Fairfield will definitely be last on my list ! Thank you.

Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful!

The location was very close to our family's home which was the reason for our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was only OK. It could have been a little more robust. Tarell Calvin, the general manager, is fantastic! She always greeted us with a warm smile and was just a delight!

The location was odd. There were many businesses that seemed to be closed. There were few restaurants in the area.

The breakfast was marred by the lack of anything to spread on the toast or bagels such as butter or cream cheese. other than that, it was okay.

The location was great. Convenient. Near restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. I stayed there two years ago just after opening and wanted to be sure to return because I was so satisfied the first time. I'll be back!

The day we went for breakfast we passed on it. It was flooded with loud children.

Absolutely hated the shower head in #307 Also only one chair in room and no additional table as to sit and eat or drink coffee without being on the bed.

Location, general value for service, and staff.

Breakfast provisions had diminished noticeably since our stay over Thanksgiving 2024. Does not make sense to put out an array of toppings for packaged cereals then limit the toppings when real oatmeal is provided.

Room was huge, super clean and in a great location for access to food, shops and travel in to Houston. All staff we spoke to were fantastic!

It was clean and room suitable for our needs.

They put us in Room 110 right next door to the kitchen. So just after 5 am the breakfast staff came in and all we heard was banging of dishes/equipment. We should have been warned about this so that we could have made a decision to change rooms before hand. Our only day to sleep in and we were woken up way too early. Not fair to us at all.

Zero closet space for hanging clothes. There was some light emitting from both televisions in the room even when they were turned off, made it difficult to sleep.

You could hear every neighbor around you take every step and most of the hotel was closed down, no amenities!

Brilliant hotel, clean, new, lovely, comfortable beds, great breakfast and nice vibe, easy and quick service, was exactly what I was looking for my 3 day stay in League City.
