Villa Kotronaki

We stayed at Villa Kotranaki in mid June and would highly recommend it to anyone who values 'home from home' comforts, privacy and a touch of luxury. Bakopoulos, the owner, has thought of everything to make his guests' stay as pleasant as possible, including quality furnishings and a range of seating areas. The grounds of the villa are beautiful and the view from the upstairs terrace, at night time, is very pretty. Skopelos town is just a five minute drive, or fifteen minute walk, away and there is a supermarket close by. We loved our stay at Villa Kotranaki so much that we did try to extend it. Needless to say, this popular villa was fully booked. Thank you Bakopoulos for providing such a fantastic villa and service!

Villa Kotronaki was absolutely delightful! We had an incredibly long travel day and our host met us, the house was cool and there was even a jar of apricot jam that came from the fruit trees on the property. The location was perfect! Skopelos town was 5 minutes away by car and there is plenty of parking along the waterfront, we "went to town" for dinner every night. The grocery store was 3 minutes away. The island isn't that big so exploring was easy. Housekeeping came after 3 days with new towels and such. The pool was refreshing and we spent many an afternoon resting after a morning of wandering.

There isn't a single thing I would change about the experience. I do agree with other reviewers who say it isn't as big as the pictures lead you to believe but it is perfect for two couples. We were there with our daughter and it was exactly what we needed.

Beautiful property. Lovely area, tastefully decorated, comfortable, many amenities!
