It’s a great location and the apartment is very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
The toilet seat was loose and there was a lot of light coming into the bedroom making it hard to sleep at times.

Easy check-in as she was waiting for us at the hour of arrival we had defined together. The flat is well equipped, large and clean. You can easily stay for a few days in the flat, the bed is confortable and the kitchen has all you need for everyday use. The location is good, not far (by walk) from good restaurant, and the location is also good for exploring the island with your car.
The flat are not well sound-proof, you can easily hear sound from the building, so better bring earplugs for a good night of sleep. The hot water is like in all places in Gran Canaria, 30L hot water ballon, so better be fast in your shower (in winter at least, in summer it should be fine).
