Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Beschreibung stimmt. Der Meerblick von den Terrassen ist traumhaft und sie sind ab Mittag im Schatten. Die Besitzerin ist sehr bemüht alle Probleme zu lösen Es gibt einen Gratisparkplatz gegenüber des Hauses. Der Kühlschrank und die Klimageräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung ist ein zusätzliches Plus. Die Couches sind alle neu. Es gibt in jedem Stock ein voll ausgerüstetes Bad inkl WC.
Hunde sind nicht erlaubt! (Obwohl das in der Beschreibung steht) Leider ist nicht alles so sauber, wie es sein sollte. (z.B in den Laden und in den Kästen und unter den Kästen). Aber Bad/WC und Küche waren sauber geputzt. Die Betten waren mit sauberen Laken frisch bezogen. Für den Preissektor ein wirklich gutes Quartier.

A microwave was missing and one of the rooms upstairs did not have air conditioning, and it wasn’t possible to sleep there because it was too hot.
